SIOUX CITY (KTIV) – After starting the week with repeated chances for rain, we will finally quiet down as we head into the weekend.

FRIDAY
Another hot, humid, and sunny day as highs climb into the low to mid-90s.
THIS WEEKEND AND NEXT WEEK
Temperatures into the 90s will persist through the weekend and to start next week. Humidity will also stay on the muggy side, though not oppressive.
On Monday, a cold front will pass through Siouxland and bring us our next chance for rain and thunderstorms. That front will also bring a slight drop to our humidity and temperatures. Most of next week will have highs in the low-80s and even 70s! With that will come a few chances for showers.
